What sounds are conventional to Action/Adventure?

The conventional sounds that are used in action/adventure movies are most likely to have gun shooting,explosions,car motors on,police sirens,cars crashing and many more these are also known as diegetic sounds that the actors and the audience can hear.

Explain how music can be used to build up tension.

Music can be used to build up tension in this case there is a soft melody of a dramatic tone and starts building tension immediately. And it is used to establish a plot or something like they use music to create a mystery or to represent the mood.


Suggest how sound is used to attract its target audience?


The sounds used to attract the target audience from many ways for example it builds tension as well as it gives the scene more associations for example: Slow and fast beats can usually associate to have a problem come up meaning the audience can maybe guess whats going to happen next.This movie is targeted to teenagers by the type of music that is being played.
